At this time, we are only equipped to handle full time enrollment. If you decide to enroll your child, we will require you to pay the full amount, even if your child is not with us every day.
When you enroll your child in Before and After School Care, you are reserving a spot exclusively for him or her. Therefore childcare fees will be charged for all vacation and sick days during the regular school year.
We ask that children not bring their own snacks. This will help us control the foods that are introduced to our environment and allow us to continue to provide a safe environment for children with severe food allergies.
When you create your KidCheck account, you have the ability to include the names of any person who has permission to pick up your child. When you sign into your account, you are able to click on the "Guardians" tab. On the left side of the screen, you will see "Add a New Guardian". Click here and follow the steps. For added safety, please include a current picture of any authorized guardians who may not be seen on a regular basis. We would also appreciate a heads up from you, if someone new is picking up your child.
With your KidCheck account, you also have the ability to specify individuals who are not authorized to pick up your child. If you have a court order that limits the rights of one parent in matters such as custody or visitation, please provide us with a copy. Unless your court order is on file with us, we must provide equal rights to both parents.
Registration and Before and After Care fees are non-refundable. For other programs such as School’s Out and Summer Camp , we will reimburse the fees less a 25% administration fee, once we are notified in writing at info@parkplay.ca, at least two (2) weeks prior to the date.
