Hosting a children’s activity at Park Play is easy!
Here’s how to get started:
- Step 1: Sign in to the Amilia Booking Page.
- Step 2: Choose between Celebration Corner for up to 30 guests or a Full Junction Experience with exclusive access to the entire facility for up to 60 guests.
- Step 3: Select the desired date and times for the party.
- Step 4: Confirm the booking and finalize payment details.

What types of events can be hosted?
- Birthday parties
- Family celebrations

What is the payment policy?
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
- A non‑refundable registration fee is included and applied toward the total rental cost
- Extended rentals (5+ hours) may inquire about alternate payment arrangements in advance
What is your cancellation policy?
- If the Renter cancels the reservation more than 48 hours prior to the event, any additional payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event will forfeit all payments made.
Can we bring our own food, decorations, or entertainment?
- Decorations must be free‑standing (no hooks, nails, or wall adhesives)
- Confetti, glitter, smoke machines, and open flames are not permitted
- Entertainment (e.g., bounce houses, entertainers) must be pre‑approved
What is included in the rental?
- Use of designated event space
- Tables and chairs (as specified)
- Access to washrooms
- Basic staff support for facility needs
Who is responsible for supervising children during an event?
- Actively supervising all children
- Ensuring safe play and appropriate behaviour
- Addressing conflicts or unsafe actions immediately
Do we receive additional time for decorating or clean‑up, or does this come out of our booked time?
Each booking is provided an additional 30 minutes prior to the start of your event as well as 30 minutes following the event to allow for clean-up.
Is staff supervision included with the rental?
Park Play staff are available for building access, basic support, and safety oversight of the facility, but do not supervise children or manage event activities.
Can we arrive early or stay late?
Early arrivals or late departures may result in additional charges and may impact other bookings.
Can our event be cancelled due to rule violations?
- Children are not being supervised
- Capacity limits are exceeded
- Facility rules are repeatedly ignored
- Behaviour poses a safety risk to others or the space
What if damage occurs during our event?
- Property damage
- Excessive cleaning
- Lost or broken equipment
