FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Have questions or need more information? We’re here to help! Whether you’re ready to register
your child or just want to learn more about our programs, don’t hesitate to reach out

Do I need to register in advance?

Nope, that’s the beauty of it! Parent & Tot Play Time is a true drop-in program. Simply show up during any session (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays, 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM) and you’re good to go. No booking, no waitlists.

Can I drop my child off and come back later?

Park Play does not provide childcare during Play Time. A parent or caregiver must remain present and actively supervising their child for the entire session. Think of it less as a drop-off and more as a play date, for both of you!

How much does it cost?

Sessions are $5.00 for a family of up to four, making it an affordable outing no matter how many little ones you’re wrangling. Have more than four in your crew? Additional children are just $2.00 each. You can pay on-site or save even more with a multi-pass purchase option if you plan to visit regularly.

What ages is this program designed for?

Parent & Tot Play Time welcomes children up to the age of 12, so siblings of all sizes can join in the fun. Regardless of age, all children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver who remains present and engaged for the full session — no exceptions. It’s a program built for families to enjoy together!

What does “Active Supervision Mean?

Active supervision means your full attention is on your child by:
  • Staying in the play place with them
  • Being close enough to step in when needed
  • Redirecting unsafe behaviour immediately
  • Not using phones, laptops, or socialising in a way that distracts from supervision
Our staff are present to support the space not to supervise individual children.

Are Snacks Or Food Allowed?

Yes!

For safety and allergy reasons, eating is limited to the dining area. We ask that you help keep our facility nut-free.
