Each staff member undergoes extensive training and is certified in CPR/First Aid, ensuring your child’s safety and well-being at all times.

Site Supervisors
Location Supervisors, seek to help to ensure a safe, welcoming and fun environment for all children while coaching a team of staff to achieve this. Crafts, games, kids clubs and theme days are all part of the B&A experience! Shifts take place Monday through Friday with the before school care shift from 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM and the after school shift from 2:45 PM – 6:00 PM.
 
Some of the Supervisor duties include:
  • Supervise, coach & encourage a team of staff members.
  • Communicate with parents on a daily basis.
  • Track attendance, incident reports, and safety procedures.
  • Be a role model to both children and staff alike.
  • Seek new and fun ways to implement engaging activities & programming.
  • Problem solve with children, parents and team members to find productive solutions.
Successful candidates will be passionate about providing excellent child care and working in a team setting. Key attributes for Program Aides include the ability to be self-motivated, committed, professional, responsible, creative & organized.
Upon hiring, the candidate must supply a clear Police Record Check including Vulnerable Sector. Experience in child care and work in a team setting are required. CPR/First Aid training and Food Safe Certificate are all considered assets.

Program Aides

Program Aides seek to help to ensure a safe, welcoming and fun environment for all children. Crafts, games, kids clubs and theme days are all part of the B&A experience! Successful candidates will be passionate about providing excellent child care and working in a team setting. Key attributes for Program Aides include the ability to be teachable, self-motivated, committed and creative. A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a team setting are a must.

Upon hiring, the candidate must supply a clear Police Record Check including Vulnerable Sector. Experience in child care, ECE education, CPR/First Aid training and Food Safe Certificate are all considered assets.
