PROGRAM STRUCTURE

The Main Area: Here, children have access to our activity cart, loaded with board games, puzzles, building materials like LEGO and Plus-Plus, crafts, and coloring supplies. We also provide a selection of books for children who prefer quiet reading time.
The Gym/Outside: Whether it’s soccer, floor hockey, or smaller games like Jackpot or Bump, our gym and outdoor areas are where kids can burn energy and engage in cooperative play. Supervised by our staff, these activities emphasize fair play and inclusion.
The Craft Area: Creativity comes to life in our craft area, where children can dive into a variety of projects, designing and inventing with a wide array of supplies.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE
BEFORE SCHOOL CARE
7:00 am: Morning drop-off, semi-structured play with activities like coloring, crafts, Lego, puzzles, and board games.
7:00 am – 8:00 am: Breakfast is served, featuring eggs, fruit, cereal, toast, yogurt, and bagels.
8:30 am – Bell Time: Preparation for school with playground time or transportation to school.
AFTER SCHOOL CARE
Dismissal – 4:00 pm: Attendance and snack time, with a menu including crackers, veggies, cookies, fruit, and nut-free trail mix
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Programming and play, including crafts, gym time, outdoor activities, and more.
6:00 pm: Final pick-up time
Evergreen Location
Our Before & After School Care program is based out of our dedicated Evergreen location in Regina at 6839 Rochdale Blvd. We offer convenient transportation between Evergreen and select feeder schools. Parents drop off their children at Evergreen in the morning, they’re transported to their school for the day, and then brought back to Evergreen after school for continued care until pickup.

Thank you for choosing Park Play’s Before and After School Care Program! We’re excited to welcome your family to our community.
Here’s everything you need to know to ensure a smooth registration process.
2025/2026 School Year Registration
Registration is currently open for all families. Many locations are full or almost full, so please register on the waitlist for those locations.
Park Play uses Amilia for program sign-ups and registrations. Amilia also allows you to manage your payment methods and payments. Follow this link to learn how to create an account.
Registration for the 2025/2026 school year began in January 2025 and many locations are full. Parents are encouraged to register early to secure a spot for their child, as spaces are limited. The registration process is straightforward and can be completed online.
When a site reaches full capacity, we encourage families to register on the waitlist. Changes often occur before September and throughout the school year, leading to the availability of spots.

All rates include:
- breakfast & snack daily
- fun & activities including crafts, clubs, theme days & special treats
- low staff to child ratios

- care for all in-class school days

What if my child does not require childcare every day of the week?
We currently offer only full-time enrollment for our Before and After School Care Program. The full fee is required to secure your child’s spot, regardless of daily attendance.
My family is planning a two-week vacation during the school year. How does this affect my payment plan?
When you enroll your child in our program, you are reserving their spot for the entire school year. As such, childcare fees will continue to be charged during vacation periods or if your child is absent due to unforeseen illness.
Can my child bring their own snack?
We ask that children do not bring their own snacks to ensure a safe environment for all, particularly for those with severe food allergies. We provide a variety of nutritious snacks daily that meet the dietary needs of all children.
What if I can’t pick up my child?
Use your Amilia account to designate someone to pick up your child. Add authorized guardians and a photo for identification. Notify us beforehand if someone new will be picking up your child. Provide legal restrictions or court orders regarding who can pick up your child.
If I change my mind or my child decides not to come, is my fee refundable?
Registration fees and Before and After Care fees are non-refundable. A 30-day notice of cancellation is required for the Before and After Care Program. For the School’s Out and Summer Camp programs, refunds (less a 25% administration fee) are available if written notice is provided at least two weeks prior to the start date.
