If you have previously created a profile and need to update information:
With our new registration system a family profile must be created. This will be a one time creation that will reduce the amount of work you will have to do each year to register your child. The first time through you will create a new profile, add parents/guardians and emergency contacts. You will also be able to add the children and all of their information during the creation of the profile.
The family profile will alow you to update information as changes occur. This includes adding children, change parent and guardian contact information, adding contacts, removing contacts, updating child health notes and much more.
The next step is registering your child in the appropriate program.
During the final stage of the registration process you will be redirected to PayPal to pay the total session fees for all dates selected. If you registered for the Monthly Subscription Option you will not pay a fee at this time and you will begin getting billed monthly starting in September of the registered school year. If you do not have a PayPal account use the platform as a guest. All registration fees must be processed in PayPal before the registration is complete. A confirmation of your submission will be sent by email. If you do not receive a confirmation please check the 'junk folder'.
Once the registration is complete and the registration fee is paid a Park Play staff member will contact you, by email or phone, within the next few weeks confirming the registration or gathering further information.

Arrange for the Monthly Payments
During the registration process you where provided the opportunity to provide banking information for automatic withdrawal taken at the beginning of every month. If you have not provide that information please fill out the "Automatic Withdrawal Authorization Form" (Click above to Download it) and once completed email it and an image of a void cheque to email@example.com or you may arrange to drop off post-dated cheques for the duration of the school year dated for the first of each month.
Please make all cheques payable to Park Play.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY from Monthly plan
Once registered in our School's Out monthly plan, notification for withdrawal must be made in writing 30 days in advance of departure. We will review how many sessions have been attended and any discrepancies between what was paid and the total sessions attended to either issue a refund or collect any outstanding amounts.
