Registration Checklist

If you have not created a profile yet:

CREATE A NEW FAMILY PROFILE

If you have previously created a profile and need to update information:

UPDATE YOUR FAMILY PROFILE

With our new registration system a family profile must be created.  This will be a one time creation that will reduce the amount of work you will have to do each year to register your child.  The first time through you will create a new profile, add parents/guardians and emergency contacts. You will also be able to add the children and all of their information during the creation of the profile. 

Account Verification

As part of the creation of the profile account an email asking to verify the new account  is sent to the email address used.  Please follow the link in the message to proceed with this verification.  The verification is required before you can sign into the account.  Please check your email and if necessary your junk mail folder to make sure the verification 

The family profile will alow you to update information as changes occur.  This includes adding children, change parent and guardian contact information, adding contacts, removing contacts, updating child health notes and much more.  

The next step is registering your child in the appropriate program.  

Step 2

REGISTER FOR BEFORE AND AFTER CARE

**From January 1, 2021 - June 15, 2020 Registration Fees will not be required at the time of initial registration. Instead, the Registration Fees will be taken via Automatic Withdrawal during the month of either June or July 2021. The Park Play office will be in touch with families, informing them of when these fees will be withdrawn, in the spring of 2021.

During the final stage of the registration process you may be redirected to PayPal to pay any Non-refundable registration fees required. If you do not have a PayPal account use the platform as a guest. All registration fees must be processed in PayPal before the registration is complete. A confirmation of your submission will be sent by email. If you do not receive a confirmation please check the 'junk folder'. 

Once the registration is complete and the registration fee is paid a Park Play staff member will contact you, by email or phone,  within the next few weeks confirming the registration or gathering further information.

We will contact you before the new school year with the dates and times of an orientation evening where we hand out welcome packages with a copy of the Parent Handbook.

Read the Parent Handbook

Coming soon an online version.  We have printed copies that will be distributed to all parents before the new school year at an orientation meeting. 

Step 5

Arrange for the Monthly Payments

Download Automatic Withdrawal Authorization Form

During the registration process you where provided the opportunity to provide banking information for automatic withdrawal taken at the beginning of every month.  If you have not provide that information please fill out the "Automatic Withdrawal Authorization Form" (Click above to Download it) and once completed email it and an image of a void cheque  to b&a@parkplay.ca or you may arrange to drop off post-dated cheques for the duration of the school year dated for the first of each month.  

Please make all cheques payable to Park Play.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Once registered in our programs, notification for withdrawal must be made in writing 30 days in advance of departure. One month's fee will be charged in the event that proper notification is not received.
