The child will need to bring the following:
Please remember to label everything.
We will have various activities through the day that will have children both inside and outside. Each child should wear appropriate clothing based on the weather and the activities. Please always send a jacket with your child in case of poor weather.
Please apply sunscreen and the staff will reapply in the afternoon before any outside activities.
Your child will be provided a healthy breakfast and two snacks every day and a lunch on Fridays. You must send a bagged lunch with them on everyday except Friday. We do our best to accommodate for children with various allergies. If your child has food allergies, please let us know when you register your child so we work with you to best meet the dietary needs of your child.
Payment for all of the Day Camps is made before the start date of each camp to help us prepare for delivering the program. We must schedule staff, purchase food and supplies, and schedule and pay for the offsite field trips. As these cost are incurred before the week starts we unfortunately are unable to refund the fees.
If a week is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances we will reimburse the fees less a 15% administration fee.

Yes, Park Play Summer Day Camps are a community program that is located in the Rosewood Park Church. We accept all children even if they have not participated in our other programs.
Please do not send a sick child to Day Camps. If a child arrives with symptoms of illness, the child will not be permitted to stay. Please notify us by calling the office, or sending an email, if your child becomes ill and will not be attending that day. We ask that parents notify us when their child contracts a communicable disease. The Day Camp Team will notify all other parents about any communicable disease outbreaks (This does not name the child involved just the group to indicate highest exposure). A child will not be permitted to attend Day Camp when he or she has vomited or had diarrhea during the previous 24 hours.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
